Well, it looks like I made the Baptist Bulletin newsletter. They covered my endorsement for chaplain and even posted a goofy picture of me receiving said endorsement. Well, it's been a while since my last post. I wish I had some stuff to report on but I really don't. School was going well until I had a motorcycle accident a few weeks back. So my church made it official today. They presented me with my commissioning documentation for Lay Chaplain within the GARBC. It was pretty cool cuz I wasn’t expecting it. I had heard from Ch. Murdoch (head of chaplaincy for the GARBC) a couple of weeks ago and he told me then that the title of Chaplain had been officially conferred me for my ministry with the gospel missions in the area.
